There is a lot going on with this bobblehead, here's what we found: Jack McKeon is probably most famous for leading the Miami Marlins to a World Series at age 72. He had a long career as both player and manager (occasionally both at same time!). One of his stops as a player was one year with the Greensboro Patriots in 1955 which were a minor league affiliate of the Boston Red Sox. Greensboro has since renamed as the Bats (the source of this bobblehead in 2004) and again as the Grasshoppers (as they are now).
So here we have older Jack with his famous cigar back in a Red Sox jersey with a Greensboro hat. A great celebration of a legendary baseball man, this is a rare piece of history and found in perfect condition.
